Abstract
This research was a study of comparative relationship based
on the Interactionism model and psychological theories both domestically and
internationally. The purposes were to find out what factors are associated with
wisely food consumption behavior and to seek students with less wisely food
consumption behavior. The samples were 420 students from Songkhla Rajabhat
University which derived from quota sampling. The data was collected with
questionnaires and analyzed in both total group and 12 subgroups which divided
by the social biology characteristics of the sample. The statistics used were
multiple regression and 3 -way ANOVA.
The results showed that the wisely food consumption
behavior using the variables of situational factor, psychological traits and
psychological states were predicted in the total group at 55.6%. The important
predictor sequences were to see the example from the people around and parenting
respectively. The students who were found to have wisely food consumption
behavior were students who are very high. And this research could be a
practical suggestion for the community health center to improve the quality of
life of students, as well as to enhance wisely food consumption behavior in the
future.
