The Development of Critical Thinking Ability of General Science Students Faculty of Education Roi Et Rajabhat University
The
ofjectives of research were to develop the critical thinking ability of General
science students in Roi Et Rajabhat University and to compare the development
of critical thinking ability of general science students Roi Et Rajabhat
University before and after learning. The samples were 40
students in Education Faculty in Roi Et Rajabhat University Major in general
science, Year 2nd semester of academic year 2558
selected by purposive sampling. Research instrument included quizzes, learning
guides and questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis included of mean,
standard deviation and t – test dependent test. The results showed that: 1. The development of critical thinking ability of general
science students in the Faculty of Education Roi Et Rajabhat University found
that general science students had the ability to think critically overall at
high level with an average of 3.98 and standard deviation 0.54, 2. The comparison of development of
critical thinking ability of general science students in Education Faculty Roi
Et Rajabhat University found that the development of critical thinking ability
of general science students after learning higher than before learning was
statistically at the 0.01 level of significanes.
