SATISFACTIONS OF SERVICE PARTICIPANTS TOWORD BANGKOK METROPOLIS NEW DIMENSION YOUTH CENTERS
aimed to study and compare the satisfaction of service participants with the
Bangkok Metropolis New Dimension Youth Centers. An accidental sampling was
adopted to sample 400 participants who used the service at these youth centers.
To collect the data, the researcher used a questionnaire with a content
validity index of 0.95 and an alpha coefficient of 0.91. The data were analyzed
by using percentage, mean, standard deviation,
t-test and one-way ANOVA. According to Scheffe’s multiple comparison
method, there was a significance level of .05.

respondents’ satisfaction with the service at the Bangkok Metropolis New
Dimension Youth Centers was found at the highest level in 2 areas, including
recreation activities and management, and at the high level in 4 areas,
including locations and facilities, tools and equipment, staff and public
respondents of different genders shared the same level of overall satisfaction
with the service at the Bangkok Metropolis New Dimension Youth Centers. In
terms of the satisfaction with the staff, there was a significant statistical
difference at .05. Furthermore, the respondents of different age groups had
different levels of satisfaction with the locations and facilities, tools and equipment, and public relations with a significant
statistical difference at .05.
