Abstract
This
dissertation applied Sustainable Tourism Management Policy of the Tourism
Authority of Thailand : Case Study - Koh Samui. The qualitative research was
objectives to study: First, to study the sustainable tourism policy of Koh
Samui that influence factors of civil servants and the people. Second, to study
the inside and outside environment factors of executive officer and worker.
Thirdly, to study the availability driven tourism sustainable development and
promotion in Koh Samui, Surat Thani province. Fourthly, to study the Tourism
Management Policy of the Tourism Authority of Thailand could be use for
developing tourism in Koh Samui for traveller’s impression, trust, satisfaction
and will be return to visit Koh Samui in the future.
The results showed that: 1. The policy of
sustainable tourism of the Koh Samui, Influencing factors, personal and public
servants is to promote the improvement of infrastructure issue 2. Environmental
factors internal and external to the organization's directors, officers,
employees. As well as those related to the management policies of sustainable
tourism Tourism Authority of Thailand, Koh Samui is a case study in management.
3. Factors ready to drive the development of other tourists. Surat ensure the
sustainability of natural resources, cultural heritage tourism products and
services. 4. Factors policy to promote the development of tourism and other
tourists. Into practice so that both Thailand and overseas tourists impressive
confidence, satisfaction and told to come back on and repeat the Koh Samui is
the policy of the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
